The Murders in the Rue Morgue, which has been described as the first modern detective story is referred to a “tales of ratiocination” by Edgar Allan Poe. It was first published in Graham’s Magazine in 1841.
The story takes place in Paris and begins with two women’s being killed. Main character C. Auguste Dupin uses his analytical intelligence to solve this unusual murder. Will Dupin be able to find real murderer despite the fact that evidences show opposite?
